All Sales are final. In the event if your order arrives damaged in any way please email me soon as possible at lilkandi2000@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. I will address this on a case by case basis. I will try to work out the a resolution. But by any chance it is due to carrier. You will have to contact the US Postal Service to file a claim.
